Casagrand Begins Work on Skytech Office Project

Casagrand Commercial has broken ground for Casagrand Skytech, a Grade A office development in Perungudi, Chennai. The project spans 4.28 acres and will deliver nearly 1 million sq ft of premium office space.
Designed with large, high-efficiency floor plates, the development will cater to corporates, IT/ITES companies and global enterprises seeking scalable and modern workspaces. The project is planned as a future-ready workplace with integrated, technology-enabled infrastructure and optimised space planning to support operational efficiency and long-term growth.
Located along Chennai’s IT corridor, the site offers connectivity through key road networks, metro and rail systems. Its proximity to residential areas, healthcare facilities, schools and lifestyle hubs is expected to support workforce accessibility and business operations.
