Inspira Realty’s Gurukripa Gets Occupancy Certificate
2026-03-27
Inspira Realty, a subsidiary of Inspira Global, has announced that its residential project, Gurukripa, in Sindhi Society, Chembur, has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC). This marks the first completed project in the company’s portfolio to secure OC, underlining its focus on timely delivery and execution.
Gurukripa comprises two wings and 98 apartments, offering one, two and 2.5 BHK residences. Located in the well-connected Sindhi Society neighbourhood of Chembur, the project is positioned close to key social infrastructure, commercial centres and transport links, offering a balanced urban living environment.
The project has received a strong market response and has been sold out ahead of handover, indicating sustained demand for thoughtfully planned homes in established micro-markets such as Chembur.
Commenting on the milestone, Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal, Founder and Director, Inspira Realty, said that the receipt of the Occupancy Certificate for Gurukripa marks a significant step for the company as its first completed project. He added that the development reflects the company’s emphasis on disciplined execution, quality construction and timely delivery.
With Gurukripa now completed, Inspira Realty is continuing to strengthen its presence in Mumbai’s residential market through quality-led developments across key locations.
