Premier Energies Secures Rs 25,770 mn Orders In Q4
Premier Energies Limited has received orders aggregating to Rs 25,770 million (mn) in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 for the supply of 1,600 megawatt (MW) solar cells and modules.
Execution of these orders is scheduled across fiscal year 2027 and fiscal year 2028 and the contracts have been secured from a mix of domestic independent power producers, module manufacturers and engineering, procurement and construction contractors in India.
Capacity increases support the order book, with cell capacity expected to reach 10.6 gigawatt (GW) by September 2026 and module manufacturing capacity expanded to 11.1 gigawatt. The company said it anticipates staged delivery and ramp up of production to meet contractual timelines.
The company highlighted its three decades of operations and focus on technology innovation, sustainability and an employee centric culture. It noted recognition as a Great Place to Work for five consecutive years and said such credentials support hiring and retention as manufacturing scales. Premier Energies added that the transactions reflect alignment with national renewable energy objectives and the push for self reliance in clean energy manufacturing.
Analysts said the order win indicates firming demand for domestically manufactured solar equipment as developers and contractors seek secure supply chains. The company intends to leverage expanded module capacity and cell production to address project schedules and pursue further commercial opportunities within India. Management contact details and governance disclosures remain available through statutory filings and investor communications.
