Great Value Realty awards Rs 4.45 billion contract to Capacit’e

Great Value Realty has awarded a contract worth Rs 4.45 billion to Capacite Infraprojects Limited for civil and structural works at its Ekanam project in Sector 107, Noida.

The contract covers comprehensive execution for the ultra-luxury residential development, marking a key milestone in the project’s progress. Ekanam is planned as a low-density community comprising three 46-storey towers, offering 3 and 4 BHK residences ranging from 3,525 to 5,525 sq ft.

Strategically located in Sector 107, the project is designed as a nature-integrated development with a focus on quality, sustainability and timely delivery in line with RERA timelines.

Commenting on the partnership, Payas Agarwal, Director, Great Value Realty, said, “Our partnership with Capacit’e Infraprojects is key to translating this vision into reality… Together, we are setting a new standard for thoughtful design, seamless execution, and elevated living.”

Capacit’e Infraprojects has delivered over 70 million sq ft across high-rise developments and will lead execution for the project, leveraging its experience in complex construction.
