Flender Sends AIQ Technology on European Customer Tour

Flender has launched ‘AIQ on Tour’, a twelve-month European roadshow that takes its AIQ condition monitoring technology directly to customer facilities across more than 15 countries.
The tour began recently from the company’s headquarters in Bocholt, with a specially equipped truck carrying live demo units, real-time monitoring systems and technical experts. The initiative is designed to let customers experience AIQ technology at their own plants without the need to travel to trade shows.
AIQ continuously monitors vibration, temperature and speed, comparing data with equipment-specific settings to detect abnormalities early and recommend corrective action before failures occur. Flender says the system can reduce unplanned downtime by up to 70 per cent and maintenance costs by up to 40 per cent.
The roadshow features AIQ Core for industrial gear units and AIQ Detect for couplings in the N-EUPEX and RUPEX series. Both are available as retrofit solutions for existing facilities, with installation typically taking about an hour.
The tour will cover sectors including cement, mining, energy, water and wastewater, cranes and conveyor systems, with planned stops across Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, the UK, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
