BNW Developments begins Lamborghini, La Perla builds

BNW Developments has commenced construction on Tonino Lamborghini Residences and La Perla at Al Marjan Island, marking a dual groundbreaking aligned with the emirate’s expanding real estate landscape.
The Tonino Lamborghini Residences project brings Italian design heritage to the development, offering a mix of studios, penthouses, and mansions. Developed in collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini, the project integrates bold design aesthetics with contemporary functionality.
La Perla, positioned as a boutique luxury offering, comprises 57 residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The development features terraced architecture designed to maximise natural light and sea views, with material selections suited for coastal durability and long-term performance.
Dr. Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder, BNW Developments, said, “Today, at Al Marjan Island, that second beginning starts for Tonino Lamborghini Residences and La Perla. We are proud to have these signature addresses take their place within the Ras Al Khaimah skyline.”
La Perla is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027, followed by Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Q4 2028. The projects reinforce BNW Developments’ focus on design-led, high-quality residential developments within emerging premium destinations in the UAE.
