Brigade Group said its joint managing director Nirupa Shankar described the partnership as evidence of growing institutional appetite for high-quality commercial and hospitality real estate and as a route to expand the group's footprint. The company added that combining Bain Capital's financial strength with Brigade's development expertise would optimise capital structure and accelerate high-value delivery.
