Brigade Enterprises Records Rs 74.24 Billion Pre-Sales

Brigade Enterprises reported real estate sales of 1.95 million sq ft, with a sales value of Rs 25.21 billion in Q4 FY26. Average realisation stood at Rs 12,915, up 7 per cent over Q4 FY25. The company also launched nearly 4 million sq ft across seven projects during the quarter.

For FY26, Brigade’s real estate business registered pre-sales of 6.13 million sq ft, translating to Rs 74.24 billion. Segment revenue stood at Rs 40.02 billion, recording 11 per cent growth over FY25. Leasing revenue rose 12 per cent to Rs 13.03 billion from Rs 11.65 billion in FY25.

Brigade’s retail footfalls increased 7 per cent during FY26, while retail sales consumption grew 18 per cent. Its hospitality portfolio recorded 76 per cent occupancy, with average room rate at Rs 7,453, up 11 per cent. Hospitality revenue increased 13 per cent to Rs 6.04 billion from Rs 5.36 billion in FY25.

Total collections stood at Rs 74.76 billion during FY26, while net cash flow from operations was Rs 14.11 billion. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of Rs 10 each for FY26. It also proposed a 1:3 bonus issue, subject to shareholder approval.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises, said Q4 FY26 was the company’s strongest quarter of the year, with pre-sales of Rs 25.21 billion, reflecting a 44 per cent sequential increase. She added that Brigade enters FY27 with a strong pipeline, balanced portfolio and clear execution focus.
