Vipin Sondhi has joined Daimler Truck Holding AG as a Member of its Supervisory Board. He brings decades of leadership experience across commercial vehicles, manufacturing, mobility solutions and business transformation.

Over his career, Sondhi has led large-scale organisations across domestic and international markets, focusing on growth, operational excellence and strategic transformation within the automotive sector. He has previously held leadership roles at Ashok Leyland Middle East, JCB India and Tecumseh.

Known for his strategic and people-centric leadership approach, Sondhi has worked extensively on governance frameworks, innovation, manufacturing operations, market expansion and sustainable business growth. His experience across global organisations is expected to support Daimler Truck Holding AG’s long-term strategic and transformation priorities in the commercial mobility sector.
