Kaiterra Opens Regional Hub in Dubai
Kaiterra, a global provider of indoor air quality monitoring and optimisation solutions for commercial real estate, has opened its Regional Hub in Dubai, UAE. The office will be led by Henry Ng, Regional Director, Middle East, and will serve clients and partners across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The expansion comes as the GCC advances a $3 trillion project pipeline, supported by major national programmes such as Saudi Vision 2030, Qatar National Vision 2030, UAE Centennial 2071 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. With sustainability, occupant wellness and building performance becoming central to regional development, continuous indoor air quality monitoring is gaining importance across commercial and public spaces.
Kaiterra said the new hub reflects its commitment to supporting regional clients with local presence and faster engagement. The company’s enterprise-grade hardware, cloud analytics and services are already deployed across Dubai municipal projects, with further engagements underway across the wider Gulf.
The company added that demand for indoor environment monitoring is rising as WELL, GSAS, LEED and Estidama certifications become more common across flagship projects. The Dubai hub is the first of several Kaiterra offices planned across the Gulf as regional demand continues to grow.
