Freud Strengthens India Cutting Tools Presence

Freud, a Bosch Group subsidiary and premium cutting tools specialist, is strengthening its presence in India with a deeper focus on growth, innovation and customer proximity. The company has manufactured high-quality tools in Italy since 1962, including saw blades, router bits and CNC tooling.

In India, Freud has served the professional woodworking sector for over 25 years, supported by around 24 dealers across 28 states. Its tools cater to modular furniture, solid wood processing and aluminium applications, with rising demand in circular saw blade and router bit segments.

Freud has continued investment in research, advanced materials and proprietary technologies will support longer tool life, superior cutting quality and consistent performance for Indian manufacturers.
