White Flower Developers Expands into Goa with Luxury Villas

White Flower Developers (WFD) is entering the Goa real estate market through the acquisition of three villa projects across Assagao, Tivim and Siolim in North Goa.

The Assagao project comprises five luxury villas with an estimated value of Rs 600 million and a development area of 2,500 sq m. The Tivim project includes eight villas valued at around Rs 500 million, while Igreha Vaddo, a 150-year-old Portuguese-style heritage villa project in Siolim spread across 1,200 sq m, carries an estimated value of Rs 200 million.

The company said the move aligns with its strategy of targeting high-potential lifestyle destinations and premium micro-markets. Assagao and Tivim have emerged as sought-after residential locations due to strong demand for luxury holiday homes, improving connectivity and growing investment appeal.

Commenting on the development, Mr Pranndeep Singh, Managing Director & Founder, White Flower Developers, said, “Goa represents a natural extension of our vision to create thoughtfully designed living spaces in high-potential lifestyle destinations. The Assagao project will focus on a limited number of spacious villas, while the Tivim development will offer a larger villa inventory emphasising accessibility and design. WFD said sustainability, natural lighting and efficient planning will remain central to its developments.

The company also plans to restore Igreha Vaddo while preserving its architectural character and adapting it for contemporary residential or boutique hospitality use. The projects mark WFD’s first step towards establishing a presence in Goa.
