Transvaal Training has been confirmed as the official judging partner for the upcoming Forklift Driver Competition at Electra Mining Africa, following the success of the 2024 edition. Their participation ensures fair, professional, and technically accurate evaluations, reinforcing the competition’s focus on operator excellence, safety, and professional skills development.

Organised by Lifting Africa and supported by Platinum Sponsors Acrow Racking & Shelving and Jungheinrich, the competition assesses operators across practical challenges simulating real-world conditions. Judging criteria include safety compliance, precision handling, operational efficiency, equipment control, technical competence, and professionalism under pressure.

Transvaal Training brings extensive expertise in operator certification, lifting machinery training, and occupational safety, ensuring world-class standards. The 2024 competition attracted skilled operators from across South Africa, creating a high-energy environment highlighting professionalism in materials handling, logistics, warehousing, and mining sectors.

Licensed forklift operators across Southern Africa can enter for cash prizes, industry recognition, and the title of Forklift Driver Champion. Participants will compete live in front of industry professionals, exhibition visitors, and media.
