GROHE Opens Experience Centre in Bengaluru

GROHE has opened its largest immersive retail space in the Indian subcontinent at Lavelle Road, Bengaluru. Spread across 14,000 sq ft, the GROHE Experience Centre brings together the brand’s complete portfolio of bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings in an experience-led environment.

Designed for architects, interior designers, developers and premium consumers, the centre allows visitors to engage with water architecture through live installations, finish explorations and personalised consultations. The space has been developed to support product specification across residential and hospitality environments.

The launch was marked by a two-day walkthrough and networking programme on 22 and 23 May 2026. The event drew over 200 members of India’s architecture and design community, reflecting rising interest in experience-led specification spaces within the design and real estate sectors.

The centre also includes a dedicated GROHE SPA zone, the luxury sub-brand of GROHE. The zone is built around four experiences: absolute customisation, personalised luxury, harmony in design and multi-sensory water immersion. Inspired by the philosophy of Salus Per Aquam, or wellbeing through water, the space features products crafted from premium materials and designed to elevate everyday routines.

Priya Rustogi, Leader (Managing Director), India, LIXIL IMEA, said Bengaluru’s design community approaches conversations with a strong focus on detail, intent and long-term value. She added that the centre was created to change the specification process by allowing architects to experience how light, water and material work together in live installations.

India’s premium bathware and interiors market is seeing accelerated growth, driven by premium residential development, hospitality infrastructure and a more design-conscious consumer base. The India bath fittings market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 7.74 per cent to reach USD 15.47 billion by 2029.

The Bengaluru centre forms part of GROHE’s wider plan to strengthen its premium interiors presence in the Indian subcontinent through globally informed design and deeper engagement with the architecture community. The company is also considering Hyderabad as a potential experience centre location within the current financial year.
