Tembo Global FY26 Revenue Rises 46.7% to Rs 1,090 Crore

Tembo Global Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 1,090.2 crore for FY26, registering 46.7 per cent year-on-year growth. EBITDA rose 55.4 per cent to Rs 142.5 crore, while profit after tax increased 79.7 per cent to Rs 98.2 crore.
For Q4 FY26, revenue grew 26.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 346 crore, led by strong growth in the engineering segment. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 39 crore, up 35.2 per cent, while profit after tax rose 93.3 per cent to Rs 30.1 crore.
The company said its engineering solutions business remained the main growth driver, supported by demand from infrastructure-linked sectors such as oil and gas, marine, water and EPC. During the year, it also qualified as the L1 bidder for an offshore revamp project in Kuwait valued at around Rs 300 crore.
Tembo Global’s order book stood at nearly Rs 1,548 crore, with an order bidding pipeline of over Rs 2,256 crore. The company is also pursuing opportunities worth over Rs 700 crore in port construction and fuel farm systems.
The company said its solar projects are progressing as planned, with sites expected to become operational by the end of Q2 FY27 and commercial operations expected from Q3 FY27. It also highlighted progress in defence manufacturing, including licences for small arms and ammunition manufacturing.
Sanjay J Patel, Managing Director, Tembo Global Industries, said FY26 was a transformational year, supported by strong financial performance, execution excellence and progress across strategic growth areas. The company expects revenue of around Rs 1,600 crore in FY27, driven mainly by the engineering business.
