AGGCON Hosts Session on Business Transformation

AGGCON recently hosted a business transformation session with the team from Orane Consulting Private Limited to explore the growing importance of adaptability, technology adoption and organisational change in the infrastructure equipment rental industry.

The session was led by Bharat Gupta, Associate Director, Adnan Ashraf, Growth Manager, and their team, who shared insights on transformation strategies and practical processes that can help businesses navigate change effectively. Representing AGGCON were Shaurya Aggarwal, Manager – Business Development, CA Sachin Agarwal, CFO, Apurva Gupta, VP – Operations, and Abhilash Sharma, General Manager.
