LTTS Launches Ainfonix 4.0 for Process Industries
2026-07-02
L&T Technology Services has launched Ainfonix 4.0, a next-generation Engineering Intelligence platform designed for process industries.
The platform was unveiled at EI Live, LTTS’ flagship event for analysts, industry leaders and engineering experts. The launch marks a key step in the company’s Enterprise AI and Engineering Intelligence strategy.
Ainfonix 4.0 is designed to address the challenge of engineering knowledge being locked in fragmented drawings, specifications and technical records across multiple systems. The platform converts engineering artefacts and multi-modal data into structured, asset-linked information that can be governed, searched and reused across the enterprise.
Developed in LTTS’ Sustainability segment, Ainfonix 4.0 combines AI-powered extraction, engineering intelligence and human-in-the-loop validation. It aims to improve data quality, strengthen traceability and support better decision-making across engineering execution, operations, maintenance and lifecycle performance.
In early deployments, the platform has delivered up to 85 per cent accuracy in technical data extraction, 30–50 per cent faster artefact retrieval and review, and 100 per cent audit-ready traceability.
LTTS said trusted engineering data will become a critical competitive advantage as industrial organisations scale AI adoption across operations and asset management.
