JCB India Opens New 3S Dealership in Nashik

JCB India has inaugurated a new 3S dealership facility, Ratnapprabbha World, in Nashik, expanding its presence in Maharashtra. The integrated facility will provide sales, service and parts support to customers across Nashik and nearby regions.

Spread across nearly 60,000 sq ft, the facility includes a four-bay workshop and is supported by a team of 150 professionals with industry expertise. It will serve customers across Nashik and North Maharashtra with access to JCB’s complete product range.

Deepak Shetty, CEO and Managing Director, JCB India, said Maharashtra continues to witness strong infrastructure and industrial growth, driving demand for construction equipment. He said Nashik is one of the state’s key industrial hubs, supported by agriculture, expanding highway connectivity and MIDC clusters.

The new facility is JCB India’s second dealership in partnership with the Ratnapprabbha group. Ratnapprabbha Motors has been associated with JCB for nearly two decades, and the Nashik facility will function as the headquarters of Ratnapprabbha World, overseeing five branches across Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon and Nandurbar.

The dealership has been built in line with JCB’s global corporate identity and includes a fully operational LiveLink Command Centre. The telematics solution provides real-time insights into machine performance, service requirements, operations and security, enabling 24x7 fleet management support.

JCB India’s product portfolio includes backhoe loaders, tracked excavators, wheeled loaders, compactors, telehandlers, mini excavators and skid steers. The company also offers its Agrimax range, diesel gensets and access platforms.

JCB India operates six factories in the country and exports equipment to more than 135 countries. The company has a network of more than 64 dealers and over 700 outlets across India, supported by nearly 8,000 trained professionals.
