Shayona Engineering Receives Domestic Purchase Order

Shayona Engineering has informed BSE that it has received a purchase order from a domestic customer under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The disclosure was filed as an intimation under the listing obligations and recorded with the exchange for dissemination to stakeholders. The filing cited Scrip Code 544686 and ISIN INE0UCL01011 as identifiers for the listed entity.

The broad consideration for the order is Rs 17.0451 million (Rs 17.0451 mn) including GST at 18 per cent and is referenced as Purchase Order No. RFEPL/PO2627/788. The order is for the supply of engineering items and components to be manufactured and delivered according to agreed specifications. The contract sets out quality, inspection and documentation requirements consistent with the purchase order terms.

Delivery is to be made on a FOR site basis in line with the buyer's schedule and the contract requires execution by 30 July 2026. Payment is to be made within seven days from acceptance of material and consignments must be accompanied by material test certificates. The terms specify acceptance procedures and responsibility for site delivery.

The name of the customer has been withheld on account of contractual confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations, with the company reserving the right to disclose the identity to regulatory authorities subject to safeguards. The company indicated that it will furnish the customer's identity to the stock exchanges or regulators if specifically required and subject to confidentiality safeguards. The company stated that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the contracting entity and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.

The purchase order was recorded on 9 July 2026 at 18:51:33 and the company has requested that the information be taken on record by the stock exchange. The intimation was signed by the managing director Vipul Solanki and includes the company's director identification number as provided in the filing. The company will execute the supply in accordance with applicable listing norms and the terms of the purchase order.
