Zoomlion Expands European Service and Training Network
2026-07-21
Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology has expanded its localised customer service network across Europe, covering more than 30 cities in over 20 countries. The network includes nearly 10 training centres and training locations, supported by regional spare parts facilities and digital service platforms.
The service system provides technical assistance, professional training, spare parts support and four-hour on-site service across six major product categories. These include earthmoving machinery, aerial work platforms, engineering cranes, concrete machinery, agricultural machinery and industrial vehicles.
As part of the expansion, Zoomlion recently began operations at its first international training centre dedicated to concrete machinery in Poland. Developed and managed by the company’s Polish subsidiary, the facility is designed to support the operational and maintenance requirements of concrete equipment customers across Europe.
The centre conducted a two-day customised concrete pump truck training programme for seven technical professionals from a European customer during its inaugural session. It will continue to offer regular training programmes focused on equipment operation, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Zoomlion’s European service model addresses customer requirements such as spare parts availability, timely supply, technical documentation, professional training and complex equipment diagnostics. Customers can submit service requests through the company’s hotline, email, MyZoomlion platform, equipment QR codes and official social media channels.
The company provides an initial response within one hour, while service engineers can reach customers within four hours when on-site support is required.
Germany serves as Zoomlion’s regional European service hub, integrating machinery distribution, spare parts supply, major equipment repairs and technical training. The hub is supported by national spare parts centres in Rotterdam, Paris, Birmingham and Warsaw, along with smaller city-level warehouses.
Zoomlion has also established major training centres in Germany, Hungary and Poland, with additional training locations in France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
The company plans to expand its local engineering teams, increase spare parts inventories and strengthen remote diagnostic capabilities. It also aims to extend its four-hour service model beyond major European city clusters.
Zoomlion said it would continue adapting its service networks to local market requirements while improving response efficiency and full-life-cycle support for customers across international markets.
