Manglam Group Launches Rs 1,000 Cr PinkWest in West Jaipur

Manglam Group has launched PinkWest, a Rs 1,000 crore integrated commercial development on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway in West Jaipur. The project has already achieved over Rs 300 crore in sales, reflecting strong investor interest in the city's emerging commercial corridor.

Spread across nearly 13 lakh sq ft, PinkWest is being developed as a mixed-use destination featuring retail, office spaces, hospitality, dining, entertainment and lifestyle offerings. The project is expected to generate a development value of around Rs 1,500 crore upon completion, which is targeted for 2029, subject to construction progress and regulatory approvals.

Located on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway, the development offers connectivity to NH-48, Ring Road, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar and Mahindra SEZ. Designed around green building principles, PinkWest aims to support the commercial expansion of West Jaipur while catering to the area's growing residential and business population.

The project will comprise 287 retail units, 262 office spaces and a 220-key Sheraton Hotel by Marriott International, alongside food, entertainment and lifestyle facilities. The hotel is expected to strengthen the destination's appeal for business and leisure travellers while supporting long-term value for retailers, office occupiers and investors.

With construction progressing, PinkWest is expected to emerge as a key commercial destination in West Jaipur, bringing together business, retail, hospitality and lifestyle within an integrated ecosystem.
