Wiffy raises USD 3 million to expand AI service platform

Wiffy has raised USD 3 million in a Series A funding round led by Earth Fund, with participation from Japan’s Persol Holdings and existing investor Capria Ventures.

The Bengaluru-based company will use the funding to expand its technology platform, strengthen AI-powered workforce management, deepen enterprise partnerships and enter additional service categories.

Wiffy provides post-sales installation and maintenance services for home improvement products and consumer durables. Its enterprise partners include IKEA, Panasonic, Godrej, Hettich and Amazon.

The company operates a network of more than 5,000 certified technicians supported by a proprietary AI-powered software platform. The system automates technician scheduling, deployment and quality assurance, helping brands manage installation and after-sales services.

Wiffy said its demand is generated primarily through brand and enterprise partnerships, reducing its dependence on direct consumer marketing. The company has served more than one million homes across over 100 cities since its inception.

Vikram Sharma, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wiffy, said the investment would help the company strengthen its technology capabilities and expand its nationwide technician network as India’s home improvement market grows.
