Indian Railways Approves Daily Express Between Mumbai CSMT And Sawantwadi Road

The train will have commercial stoppages at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Pen, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Khed, Chiplun, Savarda, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Valivade, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Nandgaon Road, Kankavli, Sindhudurg, Kudal and Sawantwadi Road. These scheduled halts are intended to improve accessibility for residents of key towns and districts along the Konkan coast and to provide an additional direct link with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Planners expect the daily service to complement existing trains on the route and to offer passengers more options for travel planning.
