Ludhiana station gets a vertical garden

Income Tax Department, Ludhiana and the Indian Railways, Ferozepur in a joint venture established India?s first railway station?s vertical garden in Ludhiana. More than 2,000 plastic bottles connected with state-of-the-art drip irrigation system containing different varieties of plants have been installed on the walls of platform number one of Ludhiana station.
