Northeast Frontier Railway to revamp five stations

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) will be spending Rs 650 million for the development of five railway stations (Siliguri, Alipurduar, Guwahati, Rangiya and New Tinsukia) that are falling in its zone. Nearly Rs 100- Rs 150 million will be spent on each station?s front building and surface of platforms, washable apron, signs, installation of LED lights and expansion of the circulating areas. The project is expected to be completed by December.
