Happy Nest project likely cancelled by CRDA in Amravati

The "Happy Nest" project is most likely to be shelved by the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA). The CRDA is issuing messages to the subscribers of the Happy Nest project in accordance with a directive from the Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA), informing them that they may receive a refund if they decide to leave the project.

In its proceedings, the RERA claimed that the CRDA had failed its commitment to finish the project on schedule and ordered it to reimburse anyone who wanted to leave the project their money. According to RERA's guidelines, the CRDA is issuing messages to all subscribers who purchased plots by paying the deposit sum, informing them that they have the option to leave the project if they so want.

The CRDA established the Happy Nest project with the dual goals of boosting construction activity in the capital region and providing opulent flats at a reasonable cost. The CRDA held a first-come, first-served sale of apartments in two parts.

A private business received a tender from the CRDA for the Happy Nest project, which was eventually cancelled. The CRDA then announced a second tender, but no bids were submitted as a result of capital uncertainties and problems receiving government payments.
