Brigade acquires 11-acre land in Whitefield for Rs 20 billion commercial project

Brigade Group has acquired a prime 11-acre land parcel opposite ITPL in Whitefield, Bengaluru, marking a strategic expansion of its commercial real estate portfolio. The land will be developed into a Grade A office project with a gross development value (GDV) exceeding Rs 20 billion and a leasable area of approximately 1.5 million sq. ft.

Whitefield continues to be one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after commercial hubs, backed by metro connectivity and a thriving IT ecosystem. The upcoming project will focus on future-ready, sustainable infrastructure, aligning with Brigade’s net-zero goals and commitment to green development.
