Arvind SmartSpaces Appoints Priyansh Kapoor as CEO and Whole-Time Director

Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL), a leading real estate developer in India, has appointed Priyansh Kapoor as its new Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director, effective August 9, 2025. This key leadership move is part of ASL’s succession strategy to drive the company’s next phase of growth and operational excellence.

Priyansh Kapoor joins ASL with over 15 years of real estate experience, having most recently served as CEO of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region at Godrej Properties, where he managed a portfolio with annual bookings exceeding Rs 80 billion.

Kamal Singal, who has been with ASL since its inception, will continue as Managing Director and mentor the leadership team, ensuring a smooth transition and strategic continuity.
