Nisus Finance Invests Rs 1.15 billion in Urban Housing Projects

Nisus Finance Services Co has invested Rs 1.15 billion via its Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund-I (RESO-I) in Kumar Vibe Properties, a JV between Kumar Properties and Vibe Realty. The funding will support redevelopment and premium housing projects in Khar and Goregaon (Mumbai) and NIBM (Pune), with a combined topline of over Rs 11 billion. 
“These projects offer clean structures, strong governance, and value unlocking potential,” said Avadhoot Sarwate, CIO, Nisus Finance. 

Gopal Sarda, CEO, Vibe Realty, added, “This funding secures financial closure and strengthens our positioning in marquee markets.” 
The Mumbai projects span ~1.6 lakh sq ft; the Pune project covers 7.5 lakh sq ft with over 750 homes.
