Country Club Plans USD 100 Mn Fundraise for Leisure Properties

Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Ltd (CCHHL) has announced plans to raise USD 100 million to expand its portfolio of premium leisure properties in India. The funds will be raised through Global Depository Receipts (GDR) or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB), Chairman and Managing Director Y Rajeev Reddy said.

The capital will be used to set up new clubs and resorts across the country. CCHHL, headquartered in Hyderabad, currently owns and manages 30 properties, while another 30 are operated under franchise agreements.

The company recently became debt-free after repaying Rs 600 crore in the first quarter of FY26. Alongside leisure projects, CCHHL is also foraying into real estate, with residential and commercial projects planned in major metros including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Reddy said the expansion underscores the company’s ambition to strengthen its footprint in hospitality and diversify into real estate development.
