M3M India Launches Gurgaon International City in NCR

M3M India, one of the country’s leading luxury and mixed-use real estate developers, has announced the launch of Gurgaon International City (GIC)—set to become the largest integrated urban development in Delhi-NCR. Spread across 150 acres, with plans to expand up to 200 acres, GIC marks M3M’s strategic entry into the integrated township segment, building on its portfolio of premium commercial spaces, office developments, and landmark luxury residences including Trump Towers and Jacob & Co. homes.

The company will invest approximately ₹7,200 crore in the project, which is expected to generate a topline of nearly ₹12,000 crore.

Strategically located along the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, Gurgaon International City is envisioned as a next-generation “Live–Work–Unwind” ecosystem. The development will integrate data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail boulevards, and premium residential clusters, creating a self-sustained environment for businesses and communities. The location enjoys natural and logistical advantages with proximity to the Aravalli range, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, three expressways, and the Adani Logistics Park ICD.

Phase 1 of GIC—spread across 50 acres and RERA-approved—will offer 300 state-of-the-art plots aimed at fostering innovation, advanced manufacturing, and entrepreneurship within Haryana’s fastest-growing investment corridor.

Planned as a low-emission, clean industry hub, GIC will house non-polluting units, modern manufacturing facilities, and tech-enabled enterprises aligned with India’s evolving industrial and digital policy framework. The masterplan promotes sustainable mobility through cycling tracks, shaded pedestrian walkways, and solar-powered street infrastructure.

At the heart of the project is the concept of Forest Living. Designed as an “urban forest,” Gurgaon International City will feature expansive green areas, shaded boulevards, walking trails, and landscaped recreational spaces, promoting wellness-driven urban living and ecological balance.

With seamless connectivity to NH-48, Delhi International Airport, and Gurgaon’s established commercial districts, GIC is positioned as a natural extension of NCR’s innovation corridor and an emerging hub for industrial and entrepreneurial growth.

Gurgaon International City represents a major evolution in North India’s development landscape. While large-scale projects like Reliance MET City have catalyzed industrial progress in Haryana, GIC advances the model further, merging technology-led enterprise, green infrastructure, and sustainable urbanism to set a new benchmark for integrated living.
