VinFast Wins Two Awards at CNBC Indonesia Event

VinFast has received two honours at The Road to CNBC Indonesia Awards 2025, winning “Pioneering Brand in Green Transition and Sustainability” and “Compact SUV of the Year” for the VF 7. The recognition reinforces the company’s expanding presence and commitment to green mobility in Indonesia.
In the corporate category, VinFast was awarded for its integrated approach to sustainable transportation, spanning production, distribution, charging infrastructure, aftersales, and initiatives such as battery subscription policies that enhance affordability. The strategy supports Indonesia’s green economy goals by creating employment, strengthening industrial capability, and accelerating the shift to electric transportation.
VinFast continues to build an EV ecosystem across Indonesia, comprising electric vehicles, dealerships, authorised service centres, a planned assembly plant in Subang, and partnerships with Green SM and V-Green to bolster charging networks and operations.
The VF 7 received the “Compact SUV of the Year” title in recognition of its European-inspired design, smart technologies, and suitability for everyday use, reflecting consumer appeal and environmental responsibility.
The Road to CNBC Indonesia Awards forms part of CNBC Indonesia’s programme recognising enterprises contributing meaningfully to national economic development. Winners are selected through an expert jury supported by independent research.
VinFast recently received two awards at the CNN Indonesia Awards 2025 for innovation in sustainable electric mobility and support for energy independence. It also earned multiple accolades at the Surabaya International Auto Show 2025 and was included in TIME magazine’s list of the 500 Best Companies in Asia Pacific 2025.
Kariyanto Hardjosoemarto, CEO of VinFast Indonesia, said: “We are very proud to receive these two awards. They reflect the sustained effort VinFast has put into Indonesia. Innovation only truly matters when its benefits reach the community.”
With a growing product lineup and investments across Southeast Asian markets, VinFast continues to strengthen its regional position.
