The main theme of our booth is the ‘Electrification of Construction Equipment,’ with a special focus on electric excavators. Other key highlights include DC power units, mobile drives (DC to AC), pumps, and more.

With sustainability gaining focus, what innovations are you bringing in terms of energy efficiency, durability, and recyclability?

Our AX range of pumps features patented, disruptive technology that significantly enhances the overall efficiency and productivity of excavators and other hydraulic machines.

How important is India as a manufacturing and sourcing hub for your global operations?

Within Bucher Hydraulics, the Indian operations play a pivotal role. Bucher Hydraulics in India not only supports global operations but also develops technologically advanced solutions for both Indian customers and global customers served from India.

What challenges do you face in meeting OEM requirements for localization and cost competitiveness?

A high-quality European product at Indian cost is the major challenge that we deal with every day.

How is your R&D focused on supporting electrification, hybrid, or alternative-fuel machinery?

Bucher Hydraulics has many products to offer for electrified machines. Electric drives with up to 800V DC input, delivering either AC output or 12V/24V DC output, are a prime example. The focus is on offering solutions with the highest efficiency.

How are you working with OEMs and contractors to ensure faster aftermarket support and availability of critical spares?

Our channel partners across the world help us in maintain aftermarket support.

What is your outlook on the Indian component market’s growth in the next few years?

The entire world is looking to India as a reliable and sustainable partner. We anticipate that the growth of the Indian CE market will remain strong and continue for an extended period.
