Kaushalya Logistics Appoints Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as CEO

Kaushalya Logistics Limited (NSE: KLL), a diversified logistics provider specialising in cement-sector supply chain operations, has announced the appointment of Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as its new Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 24 years of leadership experience across India’s leading cement conglomerates and logistics-driven enterprises, with a proven record in operational excellence, cost efficiency and large-scale transformation.

Shekhawat has previously held senior roles at major cement companies, including Assistant Vice President – Logistics & Packing at Wonder Cement and Vice President & Head of Logistics at J.K. Cement. His career spans end-to-end leadership of distribution frameworks, procurement, supply-chain optimisation, and industrial-corridor operations, giving him deep insight into logistics behaviour, customer ecosystems and ground-level challenges. He has also built high-performance teams, established logistics start-ups and implemented robust systems that deliver long-term value.

As CEO, he will steer Kaushalya Logistics’ strategic and operational agenda as the company expands its CFA network and strengthens partnerships with major cement brands. His leadership is expected to enhance distribution efficiency, improve process transparency, uplift customer experience and build a future-ready supply chain supported by scalable systems and technology-driven improvements.
