Noida Airport Partners Tech Mahindra for Cyber Security
Noida International Airport has partnered with Tech Mahindra to establish and manage an integrated Network and Security Operations Centre, aimed at creating a secure, resilient and future-ready digital ecosystem for the greenfield airport.
According to a Tech Mahindra release, the centre will oversee both network management and cyber security operations to ensure safe, seamless and uninterrupted travel for passengers. Under the agreement, Tech Mahindra will provide round-the-clock monitoring of the airport’s critical IT infrastructure, including applications, databases and servers, to prevent technical disruptions.
The integrated operations centre is designed to proactively detect and resolve network and security issues before they impact airport operations. This preventive approach will help ensure business continuity while strengthening defences against evolving digital threats.
Christoph Schnellmann, Chief Executive Officer of Noida International Airport, said the partnership allows the airport to embed resilience, security and operational excellence into its digital systems from the outset. He added that working with Tech Mahindra is a key step in building a robust, scalable and future-ready network and cyber security framework to support safe and reliable airport operations.
The collaboration places cyber security at the core of airport functions, with Tech Mahindra developing a scalable technology architecture to support long-term growth. The framework is designed to manage large volumes of data securely, drawing on global best practices to create a trusted digital environment for both physical and digital infrastructure.
Sahil Dhawan, President and Head – India, Middle East & Africa Business at Tech Mahindra, said modern airports operate as complex digital ecosystems where network resilience and cyber security are as critical as physical assets. He noted that the integrated centre will deliver continuous monitoring, proactive threat detection and rapid incident response across the airport’s key IT and digital platforms.
The centre will continuously monitor digital activity to ensure servers and storage systems remain operational at all times, while enabling the airport to scale its technology capabilities as it expands in the future.
