Aimtron Enters Europe with Rs 38 Mn Order

Aimtron Electronics has secured its first European box-build order worth approximately Rs 38 million from a Europe-headquartered OEM with manufacturing operations in Spain, catering to global automotive and industrial customers.

Valued at around €359,454.55 (approximately Rs 3,87,88,740.49), the order marks the company’s formal entry into the European market. Though modest in size, the engagement is considered strategically significant as it validates Aimtron’s capability to meet stringent European automotive quality, safety and compliance standards.

The company indicated that, based on ongoing customer discussions and visibility of follow-on programmes, revenue from this engagement could scale to nearly three to four times the current order size in FY27.

The development comes amid strengthening trade ties under the recently announced India–Europe Free Trade Agreement (FTA), expected to enhance competitiveness for Indian manufacturers and accelerate supply chain diversification by European OEMs.

Commenting on the order, Sneh Shah, Whole-time Director, Aimtron Electronics Limited, stated that meeting European automotive requirements demands high levels of process discipline, quality governance and execution consistency. He added that the engagement reflects the company’s readiness to scale programmes across European end-markets.

The European order follows Aimtron’s recent expansion in North America through the acquisition of a US-based ESDM and ODM company, strengthening its engineering capabilities and global OEM engagement.

Headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, Aimtron operates as an Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) company, leveraging India as its core manufacturing base while expanding its international footprint."
