Häfele Introduces Bluetooth-Enabled Kabi-Net Locks

Häfele has expanded its Kabi-Net Digital Furniture Locks range with Bluetooth connectivity, responding to the growing integration of smart access solutions in modern homes. The updated portfolio includes Kabi-Iris, Kabi-Slim, Kabi-Orb and Kabi-Block, with Kabi-Iris, Kabi-Slim and Kabi-Orb operable via Bluetooth through the Häfele Smart Living App.
The app enables users to lock and unlock cabinets remotely, create and manage multiple user profiles, review access history and monitor battery status, offering greater control over everyday storage. The locks also incorporate capacitive fingerprint recognition, removing the need for physical keys.
Kabi-Iris and Kabi-Orb are designed to function as pull knobs, supporting a streamlined aesthetic while maintaining usability. A three-colour LED indicator provides updates on lock status, programming actions and low battery alerts.
Engineered for efficiency and reliability, the range offers optimised power management for extended battery life and includes an emergency mechanical key unique to each lock. Compact and designed for straightforward installation, the solution is positioned for contemporary residential interiors requiring secure and intelligent access control.
