KEC International Wins Rs 14.76 Billion T&D Orders

KEC International has secured new transmission and distribution (T&D) orders worth Rs 14.76 billion across India, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, strengthening its global infrastructure project portfolio.

The orders include a major composite contract in Saudi Arabia covering 380 kV transmission lines, substations and extra-high voltage cabling. The company has also secured an order for 132 kV transmission lines in Africa. Additional contracts include the supply of towers in India and the Americas, along with hardware and poles for projects in the Americas.

The Saudi Arabia contract marks the company’s largest composite T&D order in the region. According to the company, the order reflects continued investments in power transmission infrastructure in the Middle East despite ongoing geopolitical challenges.

With these latest wins, KEC International’s year-to-date order intake has reached approximately Rs 228 billion. The company, part of RPG Group, operates across multiple infrastructure sectors including power transmission and distribution, civil construction, transportation, renewables, oil and gas pipelines, and cables and conductors, with a presence in more than 110 countries.44"
