Navin’s launches campaign for Starwood Towers 3.0

Navins has launched an integrated campaign highlighting its residential project Starwood Towers 3.0 in Medavakkam, Chennai.

The 360-degree campaign spans television, theatres and digital platforms, focusing on themes such as immediate liveability, lifestyle and proximity to essential services. Through a series of films, it captures real-life homebuying moments, reflecting evolving urban preferences for convenience and community living.

Spread across 9.85 acres, Starwood Towers 3.0 comprises two towers—Maple and Cedar. Maple offers ready-to-move-in 2 BHK homes ranging from 877 to 1,285 sq ft, while Cedar features 3 BHK units between 1,908 and 2,140 sq ft, with possession scheduled by end-2026.
