Terex launches TRAC vibration analysis system

Terex®, a global provider of specialised equipment solutions, has launched TRAC, a new vibration analysis system designed to deliver deeper insight into the performance, condition and long-term structural integrity of screening equipment.

Announced in Hosur on May 11, 2026, the TRAC system is now available across screening equipment offered under Terex Materials Processing (MP) brands, including Powerscreen®, Finlay®, EvoQuip®, MDS®, Terex® Washing Systems, Terex® MPS (Cedarapids®, Simplicity®), MAGNA™ and Terex® Ecotec.

Developed specifically for vibratory screening equipment by Terex screening engineers, TRAC is a portable multi-sensor solution that analyses how screens behave under real operating conditions. The system uses synchronised measurements taken from multiple points on the screen box to provide fast and repeatable data on screen motion, balance, resonance and bearing condition. By identifying abnormalities early, TRAC helps operators detect potential issues before they impact performance, uptime or equipment integrity.

Terex said TRAC converts complex vibration patterns into a clear visual format, enabling actionable insights for operators, distributors and service teams. The technology supports commissioning verification, troubleshooting and ongoing condition monitoring, helping improve maintenance planning and extending the operational life of screening machines.
