Nemetschek And NCCCL Sign MoU To Digitise Construction

The agreement envisages a programme of pilot projects that will serve as scalable benchmarks, notably developments such as Runwal RMall in Dombivli and L&T Realty’s Mahim project, where measurable gains in design validation, project transparency and operational control are to be demonstrated. The pilots will include the initial deployment of Nemetschek’s Bluebeam solution to streamline collaboration, documentation and real-time workflows across multiple stakeholders, and will draw on Nemetschek brands including Graphisoft, Allplan, Bluebeam and Solibri together with NCCCL’s seven decades of on-ground execution expertise.

To anchor the technical transition, the MoU defines an intensive capability-building initiative comprising specialised training programmes and technical workshops designed to upskill NCCCL teams and embed digital-first practices into routine project delivery. NCCCL is presented as a legacy construction organisation headquartered in Mumbai with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications and a history of partnerships with prominent developers and corporations. The collaboration is described as intended to improve predictability, enhance quality control and increase operational precision across project lifecycles.
