Anoop Jindal Named VP, B2B Sales at Castrol India

Anoop Jindal will assume the role of Vice President, B2B Sales – OEM & South Asia at Castrol India from 1 June 2026. With over 26 years in industrial sales, P&L management, and digital transformation, he will drive the company’s B2B growth and OEM partnerships across South Asia. Based in Mumbai, his portfolio includes scaling direct-to-market acquisitions and leading regional sales operations.

Jindal brings a 21-year legacy at Castrol, previously serving as Vice President of Customer Excellence & Operations. He led the B2B business to a turnover of INR 1000 Crore, covering franchise workshops, construction, mining, and fleet segments. He also pioneered Castrol’s digital ecosystem globally as General Manager of Customer Operations. Early technical roles at BPL Display Devices Limited laid the foundation for his expertise in industrial sales, distribution networks, and value-based selling.
